Salieron super tarde de la fecha programada La hora de llegada indicaba 12:30 y son casi las 3 am y aún no llego a mi destino El asiento que me tocó malogrado, no reclinaba y cuando reclinaba se subia nuevamente. He tenido que ejercer fuerza todo el viaje sin poder siquiera dormir un poco Pésimo servicio, es la ultima vez que viajo en esta agencia

El bus salió más de media hora después de lo previsto, el embarque fue bastante complicado habían muchas personas subiendo carga de equipaje y gritando. Por la cantidad de carga, hubo demora en Tomasiri y luego había exceso de peso al parecer. Aparte olía mal

Para empezar, los precios de la app redbus no concuerda con la calidad del bus y pagué en total S/109 soles para un bus que primero estaba sucio, segundo no tenía aire acondicionado, tercero hacia demasiadas paradas y un viaje que tenia que ser de 13 h se hizo hasta de 16 h, pésimo servicio, espero haya un descuento para la próxima por todo el mal rato que tuve que pasar

Horrible servicio, la salida estaba programada para las 2.30 p.m. y salimos 3.45 p.m. se fue a plaza norte y luego llegamos a puente piedra por la escuela de oficiales se puso a llenar combustible, 40 minutos y no salíamos, tube que quedarme ai porque el conductor estaba coordinando el pago y no podía pagar. El vehículo llegó retrasado dos horas ,en la plataforma me cobraron 20solws más el pasaje estaba 80 y me cobraron 100 , muy aparte el numero de asiento que compré en Pasillo y a la hora de embarcar era ventana , viaje sumamente incómodo , no fue lo Que decía en la Descripción , servicio pésimo no volvería a comprar por red buss y peor la Agencia TACNA TERRIBLE

un servicio pésimo el bus a mitad de camino apagan el aire acondicionado la tv un volumen exagerado muy incómodo no la recomiendo y mucho menos la volveré a usar acabo de gastar 345 soles en 3 personas que se supone que el pasaje era 80 o 100

En este caso el bus no salio a la hora acordada que era a las 8:30 Espero la segunda salida que fue 10:30, se le pregunto a la srta de atencion al cliente lo que supo decir es que tiene que esperar.
