What is Expoalimentaria 2025?
Expoalimentaria is the largest international food and beverage trade fair in Latin America. Every year it brings together producers, companies, buyers, and innovators looking to position value-added products in the global market.
In its 2025 edition, the Ministry of Production (Produce), through the Technological Institute of Production (ITP) and its CITE network, will showcase more than 30 innovative products, including chocolate tablets with native ingredients, protein alfajores, protebites, ñuña snacks, jams, and sauces made with charapita chili, among others.
