Paró muchas veces en el camino, iba entrando y saliendo gente. El bus hacia mucho ruido y la calefaccion súper fuerte. El cable usb no funcionaba. Igual vale la panea pagar un poco mas porque no descansamos nada

El bus se encuentran varado por la panamericana sur desde las 4.30 am y no dan solución de pase, esto debe informarse antes de vender el pasaje y se debe tener una indemnización por la pérdida del día ya que indican que no habrá pase hasta mañana, pésimo servicio

El servicio fue pésimo. No quisieron recibir mi equipaje y, por esa falta de apoyo, terminé perdiendo mi pasaje. La atención al cliente fue indiferente y poco profesional. Espero que mejoren sus protocolos porque esta experiencia refleja una gran falta de compromiso con el pasajero.
