Perdí mi pasaje porque llegué al terminal a tiempo pero no había ningún aviso de que el bus que estaba estacionado era el que iba para Lima. Deberían hacer que las personas jaladores o ayudantes avisen que el bus es para Lima o para el destino que sea. Simplemente se cuadran y como llegan varios buses cada 5 minutos uno no sabe cual va para donde.

La comodidad del asiento no fue la mejor, pero si acorde al precio pagado, también el aire acondicionado en la madrugada estaba muy alto o bueno caía mucho por la zona de mi asiento. Felizmente llevé mantas para la madrugada. La música debería apagarse en una hora específica para poder descansar.
