El servicio es muy malo primero te cambian tu orario de salida lo más malo el bus salí desde lima con fallas mecánicas lo que es 10 de viaje llegamos en 24 horas a Ayacucho el pasaje por carro malogrado 150 soles como muchos dicen solo pasa esas cosas en Perú

Nos cambiaron el lugar de embarque sin aviso salieron 2 horas tarde y llegaron al destino 8 horas y media tarde, para colmo de males la atencion en la misma agencia pésimo, no querian dar razón y su justificación es que porque compramos en red bus que ahi le pagan 20 dias despues y que otro día no compremos ahí

la empresa no salio su BUS de la direcionindicada en el Boleto la administracionindica que los pasajes no son de la empresa y nod an informacion de la emrpesa indicando solamente para acercarnos a ATOCONGO.

No tomen el error de tomar estos vehículo, servicio pésimos vehículos biejos, totalmente sucios, no hay control de pasajeros ni Documentación piden al momento de abordaje, el peor error tomar este servicio mas por el costo alto.

no tiene agencia fisica, y los contactos de telefono no contestan, me hicieron ir de un lado a otro para poder esperar al bus, luego espere en la calle, el carro no llego a la hora establecida, llego a arequipa 4 y media de la tarde, el buss malogrado hacia ruidos incomodos que no dejaban descansar, la conexion para cargar celular rotos, sin aire acondicionado el conductor decia que se malogro, nos hicieron bajar del bus a las 12del medio dia y se bajaron a comer retrasando la hora de llegada.
