Compré mi pasaje a 6 horas de distancia de manera erronea y pedí la postergación y por la validación que nunca se pudo, no me brindaron la flexibilidad para ello a pesar de adjuntar mi DNI y hacer yo misma el pago por el aplicativo yape respecto a la postergación y perdí mi pasaje

no existía cargador para celular, además el asiento no contaba con celular respaldar para los pies, no había aire acondicionado y me cobraron un extra de 3 soles para que me impriman el boleto de viaje, el cual es necesario para viajar. Las paradas eran recurrentes y no eram en un paradero habitual, sino en la calle.
