En el embarque el personal no ayuda a subir los equipajes a la bodega, uno mismo tiene que llevarlos y la hora de llegada no es la que indican, se supone que el bus llegaba las 6am pero llegó a las 10:30pm a Ayacucho. Deberían ser más claros con lo que ponen en la información.

El bus tubo inconvenientes por no ser revisado en lima y en el trascurso del viaje a fallado, la llegada para Ayacucho debió ser 8pm y la hora de llegada fue las 2pm de la tarde con mucho retraso de viaje

La peor experiencia. Nos dejaron barados. El bus se malogró y no nos quisieron hacer trasbordo. No nos quisieron reconocer nada. Tuve que tomar un carro por mi cuenta. A mi compañera le hizo mal el aire de tanto esperar. Peor experiencia
