Llegamos casi 4 horas después de lo previsto, al inicio nos dejaron sin sire acondicionado y fue queja de muchos pasajeros, se malogro el bus en pleno viaje,conducción muy lenta.

Horrible este bus,desde que entré olía a orina, Page 90 soles para ir cómoda pero el bus viejo físicamente se veía todo lo nefasto , el aire acondicionado lo prendía x ratos prolongados, el baño en mal estado.es la peor experiencia y para rematar en la app sale que llegaba a Chimbote a las 6 y recién voy llegando 9:15 . Demora demasiado hace muchas paradas y está es una empresa insegura ya que sube gente en el camino.

Al comprar los boletos salieron otros números de asiento,la hora era otra en el boleto y no me sabían dar razón me decían que ellos no sabían los servicios higiénicos se rebalsaron y salía el agua del baño, ofrecen buses que no van o mejor dicho las comodidades no son las que se ofrecen eso es en cuanto a el bus la app si muy buena para comprar pasajes
