El bus demoró en salir, tenía una hora de llaga a Arequipa llego casi hora y media tarde. Al salir igual demoró en salir no salió a la hora indicada. También tuve dificultades para encontrar la agencia en el terminal deberían estar mejor señalado y numerado.

Ha sido con diferencia el peor bus que he cogido en Perú. Los asientos son bastante incomodos, muy estrechos y cuando se reclina el pasajero de delante no hay espacio para mover las piernas. La conducción deplorable, a cada rato te despertaba un frenazo, un volantazo, etc. No puedo recomendar a nadie esta compañia.
