el bus no salió al destino ,nos dejaron cerca a la hora de abordaje mal servicio, me avisaron 15 min antes de las 8.00pm que el bus se encontraba con fallas mecánica s y por ello no salió el bus

las ventanas estuvieron abiertas, no hubo calefacción normalmente en ese horario te dan una manta o algún abrigo, no nos dieron nada de eso, te dan una bebida tampoco nos dieron, está vez tuve una mala experiencia

fue un autobus con un estado fisico lamentable. el chofer fue muy atento en todo momento. Es lamentable que aun tengan ese tipo de unidades en uso. los asientos y el piso sumamente sucios.

Nos dieron bolsas y botellas de agua de mala manera. Muchas paradas en distintos puntos no siendo en sucursales de la misma agencia. No hubo aire acondicionado y muchas goteras dentro del mismo bus del segundo piso.

La hora de salida del bus estaba programada para las 9:30 desde el paradero Óvalo infantas. Llegue 9:05 y el bus ya se habÃa ido. Habia salido a las 9 del terminal. 30 minutos antes de la hora programada y perdà el bus.
