Nos cambiaron los. Asientos y al parecer también de bus. Nos mandaron al final del bus el asiento era triple lo compartimos con una persona extraña y no sé inclinaban nada. A pesar de haber pagado caro por salón cama. Era peor que un asiento ejecutivo este no se inclinaba y viajamos 10 horas en el. No tenía apoya brazos apoya pies. Me siento estafado. A pesar de pagar caro por salón cama.

Realmente fue un permiso servicio de parte de Héroes del pacífico, está muy normalizado el mal servicio, poca atención al cliente y extremadamente irresponsable, nunca más tomaremos el servicio, ha Sido el peor de todos

El personal del bus son malcriados, escriben en el espejo del baño, "COCHINOS APRITEN EL BOTON PARA ..... El chofer o ayudante muy gritones y ofensivos.
